Jez and Paul (me), of Redmill, are prepared to stake our (possibly flakey) reputations on anglers loving Le Monument.

Stocked it in 2006. Lovely 5 acre lake split in half by an island, giving up to 5 anglers their own water. 2 of you can have half of the lake to yourselves for £600 and fish in complete privacy.  

Last year was the first time the lake had seen more than the occasonal angler. The fishing improved throughout the season as the fish got used to boilies.
